Who this is for
This is not a weekend certificate. It is a rigorous pathway to an internationally recognized credential, designed for three kinds of people:
You have led teams and delivered results, and you want your next chapter to be developing people full-time — with a credential that makes your practice credible from day one.
You already coach clients, but you have hit the ceiling that comes without an ICF credential: corporate procurement lists, coaching panels, and premium fees all sit on the other side of it.
Your organization expects you to coach — formally or not. Certified skills change the quality of every development conversation you have, and the credential makes it official.
The program
Each stage prepares you to pursue the corresponding ICF credential — ACC, PCC, then MCC — subject to the ICF's education, coaching experience, mentor coaching, and examination requirements, which we help you plan for from day one.
Master the foundations: the ICF Core Competencies, the ethics code, and the structure of a genuinely effective coaching conversation. You finish this stage coaching real clients with confidence and prepared to pursue your ACC credential.
Deepen your practice with the psychology of behavior change, advanced assessment tools, and coaching leaders, teams, and organizations — the work that commands professional fees — as you build toward your PCC credential.
Move from technique to artistry. This stage is about presence, range, and the ability to coach anyone, anywhere, on anything — the standard the world's top coaches are held to — as you prepare your MCC portfolio.
Why Congruity Partners
Coach training has become a crowded market of look-alike certificates. Here is where this program is deliberately different:
| What matters | Congruity Partners | Typical online coach training |
|---|---|---|
| Scientific grounding | Curriculum built by a licensed Psychologist on evidence-based frameworks and validated assessment science. | Founder's personal coaching philosophy, loosely referenced research. |
| Coaching experience | Taught by a working executive coach with 15+ years guiding senior leaders — you learn what actually happens in the room. | Instructors who primarily teach coaching rather than practice it. |
| Mentor coaching | Personalized 1:1 mentor coaching and recorded-session review at every credential level. | Group calls only; individual feedback costs extra or isn't offered. |
| The full pathway | One continuous ACC → PCC → MCC preparation pathway, so you never re-enroll or re-qualify elsewhere. | ACC-level only; PCC and MCC require finding new providers. |
| Community | A global network of Congruity coaches for referrals, collaboration, and continued supervision after you certify. | Access ends when the course does. |
Your faculty
Psychologist, entrepreneur, author and commercial helicopter pilot with unmatched experience in psychological assessment, talent management, and peak performance across 33 countries. Werner brings the science: validated frameworks, rigorous assessment, and a deep understanding of how people and organizations actually change.
Executive coach and speaker with 15+ years guiding senior leaders and aspiring coaches, and a lifetime inside high-performance environments — from championship basketball to the boardroom. Matt brings the practice: what elite coaching looks, sounds, and feels like in the room.
Where assessment science meets coaching artistry — that intersection is the program.
Founding Cohort
The first cohort trains directly with both founders, shapes the program, and carries the founding-member designation permanently. Seats are deliberately limited to protect mentor-coaching quality.
Applications are reviewed individually. No payment is required to apply.
Questions
No. The ACC stage is built for capable professionals starting from the foundations. If you already coach, your experience accelerates you through the practice requirements — and the PCC stage may be your natural entry point. We'll assess this together during your application review.
Congruity Partners is not currently an ICF-accredited education provider. Our curriculum is designed around the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics, and coach education from non-accredited programs can count toward an ICF credential through the ICF's portfolio application path, subject to the ICF's education, coaching experience, mentor coaching, performance evaluation, and examination requirements. Our program includes the mentor coaching and supervised practice that path requires, and we guide you through the application.
The program is self-paced, so timelines vary. Most participants complete the ACC stage in 1 month. PCC and MCC timelines depend on ICF experience-hour requirements, which we help you plan and log from day one.
Self-paced video modules and readings you complete on your schedule, plus scheduled live elements: mentor coaching sessions, supervised practice with real clients, and cohort discussions. You'll never be left alone with a video library.
Apply for Founding Cohort. Founding Cohort members also lock founding-member pricing for the PCC and MCC stages.
Yes. The ACC is a recognized professional credential, and the program includes supervised practice with real clients — many participants begin paid coaching during the program itself.
